das hat bei mir geholfen, nachdem sich beim täglichen Backup eine VM aufgehängt hat und ich mich danach nicht mehr auf der Web-UI einloggen konnte:

(auf dem Proxmox Host)

systemctl stop pve-cluster
rm -f /var/lib/pve-cluster/.pmxcfs.lockfile
systemctl start pve-cluster

evtl auch volle Festplatte. Prüfen mit df -h

Fehlerlog beim Backup:
